About Oxbow Dance
Our studio
Oxbow Dance is a recreational dance studio. We offer ballet, jazz, hip hop, tap, and lyrical classes for children ages 3 and up. We believe dance should be welcoming, supportive and fun for everyone who attends our classes.

Our mission
We strive to provide a safe, welcoming, and encouraging environment where every dancer can learn, grow, and enjoy the art of dance. We lead with patience and encouragement while teaching foundations and technique for all dancers to grow.
Our teachers
Our instructors are the heart of Oxbow Dance. Each brings experience, warmth, and a genuine love for working with young dancers at every stage of their journey.

Stephanie Barnes
Owner / Primary Teacher
Stephanie is the owner and primary teacher at Oxbow Dance, and brings a lifelong love of dance into the studio. Having danced since the age of 3, she understands the joy, confidence, discipline, and friendships that dance can create.
Outside the studio, Stephanie is a proud mom to her five children, works full-time as an Executive Administrator, and is very involved in the Oxbow community through volunteering.
"My goal is to create a warm, welcoming environment where every dancer can grow, have fun, and discover the joy of movement."

Brielle Evans
Teaching Assistant
Brielle has been dancing at Oxbow Dance since the age of 5. Her positivity, love of dance and energetic personality makes her a great role model inside and outside the dance studio.
Brielle is a full time student, loves to spend time with family, read, ride and care for her horse and play with her new kitten Wednesday.
"My goal going into this year is to help anyone I can to enjoy dance as much as I do. Its about effort not perfection."
